By browsing or booking through Tourscave, you agree to these terms. Tour and activity details, prices and itineraries are indicative and may be revised due to seasonal, weather or operational changes; we will inform you of any material change before confirming your booking.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. A tour is confirmed only after our team verifies availability and you complete the agreed payment.
Uttarakhand activity bookings made through our online payment flow are confirmed once payment is successfully verified. A confirmation reference is shown immediately after payment.
Adventure activities carry inherent risk. Minimum age requirements and difficulty ratings listed on each activity page are set by the activity operator and must be followed. Participants with medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking adventure activities.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice for enquiries not yet converted into a paid booking.
Tourscave acts as a booking facilitator between you and tour/activity operators. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by third-party operators, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Uttarakhand having jurisdiction.
