Uttarakhand Activity Bookings
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled activity date: full refund, minus payment gateway charges.
- Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity, or no-shows: no refund.
- If an activity is cancelled by the operator due to weather or safety conditions, a full refund or free reschedule is offered.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval.
Domestic & International Tour Packages
- Cancellation charges vary by tour, hotel and flight cancellation policies in effect at the time of booking, and will be shared clearly before you pay.
- Amounts already paid to third parties (hotels, airlines, permits) that are non-refundable at the time of cancellation will be deducted from any refund.
- Date changes/rescheduling, where possible, are subject to availability and may carry a rescheduling fee.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email us or WhatsApp us using the details on our Contact page, along with your booking reference. We confirm cancellation requests in writing.
Payment Gateway Charges
Razorpay transaction charges, where applicable, are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
